With nickel values on the LME rising in November from about $4.70 / lb. to over $5.30 / lb., the expectation is that the surcharge for December will rise for a second consecutive month. Effective prices will increase by about $0.03 / lb. and $0.05 / lb. for grades 304 and 316 respectively.
