ESP Production Cutting Services

• Cut any diameter material that we stock from 4” to 26” to your specifications*
  
  
• Typical order lead time of 1-2 days
  
  
• Package and ship your orders from an ESP warehouse as requested
  
  
• Heat number will be stamped onto each end of cut piece along with color code
  
  
• Pieces are marked and shipped as directed by customer

Cutting tolerances as follow:

4”- 8”……..+1/8”-0”

8”-12”……+1/4”-0”

12”-26”……+3/8”-0”

* Some exceptions apply:

• Chicago warehouse can cut to 16” max. diameter
  
  
• No cutting of 420 mod stainless
  
• No cutting of shapes or PSQ unless purchasing complete bar and not holding to PSQ tolerances
