After the surcharge disaster in July, surcharges are slowly headed back up.

As of today, copper is up 7% and nickel up 10% over last month. So 303, 304L, 316L and 17-4 all looking like there will be a surcharge increase of over 5%.

400 series is flat to up 1 ¢
